Good morning crafters! I have been dying to ink up “Cali girl” from Crafts and me and I finally did last night. I placed her on a 5.25 x 5.25 square card and added a few embellishments. I used Neenah cardstock and I just lovvvee using it.

Supplies used:

Cardstock: Neenah white cardstock, My minds eye ” Miss Caroline”

Ribbon: May Arts crinkled black 

           May Arts white satin

          May Arts Net ribbon

Embellishments: Pearls, Melissa Francis wood butterfly, Fancy brad

Good Morning all! Today we have a couple of things going on. First I am excited to announce my first digi stamp called Caroline! I have been working on creating my very own digi collection and have been working on it for quite some while. This has been a dream of mine to do and I am delighted to now share that dream with you. She will be available online this friday at my online store. She will come as a jpeg and png. Stay tuned for a sneak peek of another digi stamp release this week.

We also have a very special edition challenge this week over at V’s Sweet Challenge blog! This week we are celebrating my birthday which is on July 20th. Our DT Members have created some amazing celebration cards for your inspiration. We hope you can join us this week and get a chance to win a $10 Gift certificate to our online store! The challenge will run from Monday, July 16th till Sunday July 22nd at 11pm.

Christmas in July #21 – The Squirrel and Fox Challenge

Hi all! I am super excited to announce that I am a Design team member for The Squirrel and Fox. I am thrilled to be working with some talented ladies! This week is my first challenge and the theme is Christmas in July. For my card I used an image “Christmas Friends” by  The digi doodle shop I colored in this wintery image using my Copic markers. I added some clouds with blue ink and used glitter and flocking to replicate snow. I think next time I will add the flocking first and then a little bit of glitter after. I used echo holiday digi designer paper and SU cardstock as the base. The stamped sentiment is from basic grey and I added a brad on the top left. I also added a red crinkled ribbon.( which is available at my online shop). Digi doodle shop is sponoring this challenge. Pretty in Pink!

Good afternoon everyone! So before I left to Florida I purchased the new tiddlyinks Summer Sweet Wryn. I couldn’t wait to use this adorable digi stamp. For this card I incorporated two different themes , one of which is from Tiddlyinks Pretty in Pink challenge  #89 and the other is the Deconstructed Sketch #58. Two of my fav challenge blogs. For the DP I used a digi kit. I punched holes on one layer and stitched the other layer. I added vintage lace on the bottom and cut out a cute banner. The sentiment is an SU stamp and I added three pearls right under it. I added stickle glue on the lollipops. This was a really fun card to make especially with these two themes combined.
